Description
The past several hours were a surreal blur- a disorganized mess of strange events that ultimately led him (or her?) here, in this empty cubicle farm in which he... she... it, whatever... slept. Ordinarily it would be that sleep that could organize those events, but somehow she got the feeling things would be different from now on.
One moment, he watched (then) his body get ripped apart right before his eyes and replaced with mechanical parts, and the next he was in a crate for what seemed like hours aboard a plane. Her benefactors talked at her for a while, giving her an introduction to the office out of which she'd be based, as though she was listening or something. Like she could concentrate. They mentioned something about having to get all the paperwork in order for accommodation, and that she'd have to "sleep" in the office for now. And thus, there she sat, not even being able to register the wall against her back or the tile floor on which she sat- the plug at the base of her back, however, gave a subtle tingle. Her "clothes" lay strewn about the floor, all of them solid plastic husks representing cloth that snapped onto her new body. Her body- she looked down at it. God, this was the weirdest thing. It'd take her some time to get used to it. There was an audible, hollow thud as her head of plastic "hair" knocked against the wall, reclining for her to look out the window and out onto the unfamiliar Tokyo skyline.

"...2..."
Her hazy thoughts attempted to comprehend the numbers in her vision- what was that supposed to mean?"

A very intresting continuation, and a fairly realistic one. Its nice to see a more realistic continuation of a tf, these dont come along very often. Great work!
