Forgot to mention price points. Ultimately I can haggle, but my idea for base prices is this:

• One inkwash sketch of character / object / panel in a sequence: 10usd
• Cleanup: +10usd
• Lineart drawing of character / object / panel: 15usd (I don't do much of that anymore)
• Color: +5usd
• Background: Variable, depending on how complex it is

Examples
This would've been 35usd (4 panels, each for 5usd = 20usd: cleanup of last panel, +10usd: color for last panel, +5usd)
